Remote Start with Security: One System, Both Jobs

A combined system gives you comfort and protection with one set of remotes and one install. The remote starts the engine, locks and unlocks the doors and arms the alarm. Parked, the system watches the vehicle with an impact sensor, flashing lights, a six-tone siren and a starter interrupt that keeps the engine from being started.

How the two jobs share one install

The same control module that starts the engine also watches the vehicle’s sensors. Because it is one module, the system knows when remote start is running and does not set off the alarm during a start. When you shut it down or walk up and unlock, it disarms and resumes normal behavior.

Add-on sensors for glass, tilt and the cabin plug into the same module, so you can start with the basics and add layers later.
