Do you really come to me?
Yes. Mobile installation is offered in Nashville and surrounding cities within about 20 miles, by appointment.
How do I book?
Call (615) 403-5381 or send the contact form with your city, your vehicle and what you want.
Where do you work?
In your driveway, at your workplace or in a garage, as long as there is room to open the doors and work safely.
What if it rains?
We may reschedule or use a garage. We will tell you ahead of time.

Do you sell Viper products online?
No. The model pages are for browsing only. All models in stock. To inquire about a model, call (615) 403-5381 or contact us.
Which models do you list?
Every current Viper remote start and security system, digital system, remote, transmitter kit, accessory and upgrade, plus the SmartStart Pro GPS module.
Can you match a remote to my system?
Yes. Call with the system model or bring the vehicle to an appointment.
Do all Viper systems work on all vehicles?
No. Compatibility depends on the vehicle, the key system and the transmission.

How far does a remote start reach?
Range figures are best-case open-air numbers. Real range is shorter around buildings and hills.
Is a 2-way remote worth it?
If the car is often out of sight, yes. It confirms that the command arrived.
Can you remote start a manual?
Often yes, with a safety procedure each time you park.
Can you remote start a push-button car?
Often yes, with the right interface. We check your vehicle first.
Car alarms
Will an alarm stop a thief?
No system is theft-proof. An alarm adds noise, light and a starter interrupt that make the attempt harder.
Will it go off for no reason?
It should not. We tune the sensors to where you park.
Can I add sensors later?
Yes. Glass-break, tilt, cabin and field sensors can be added.
Can you fix an old alarm?

Does GPS tracking need a plan?

What is a starter kill switch?
A switch or relay that opens a circuit the engine needs, so it will not start.
Can a thief find a hidden switch?
We hide it where a stranger is unlikely to look, but no hiding place is perfect.
Can I track a vehicle that is not mine?
Only vehicles you own or are authorized to track.
