Systems age, remotes get dropped and installs from years ago can drift out of tune. A remote that has lost range, a siren that goes off on its own or a remote start that quits are all fixable.
We diagnose first, so you do not pay for parts you do not need, and we offer replacement remotes, reprogramming and repairs for Viper systems and others.
Common problems
Short range: often the remote battery or the antenna placement. False alarms: sensor tuning or a failing sensor. Remote start does not start: safety switches, a weak battery or a wiring issue. Remote does not work at all: battery, pairing or a failed remote.
Each problem has a short list of likely causes, and we work through them.
Replacement remotes
If you have lost or broken a remote, a replacement remote or transmitter kit can be matched to your system. Bring the vehicle or tell us the system model, and we will confirm the match.
